This is an Endon Rome Black Chrome (Gun Metal) mother & child halogen floor lamp. Complete with double dimmer switches. The Black Chrome finish is stunning. The "child" can be adjusted by tilting, perfect for reading or close work. It has a weighted base to prevent the lamp falling over.
