All fans are of either metal or wood construction. All metal surfaces are plated with chrome or brass and lacquered, which gives a permanent seal. All models operate on 230 volt/50 cycle electricity supply and the power rating of fan motors range from 60-75 watts with 3 forward and 3 reverse speeds.
